Leader, don't follow your heart, follow your 3 brains

In this interactive workshop, Visiting Professor Christoffel Sneijders introduces his 3 Brains Intelligence model – a practical framework based on how the head, heart, and gut each play a role in leadership, problem-solving, and mental well-being. With growing attention to mental health in the workplace, leaders, HR professionals, and coaches need tools to respond effectively without becoming therapists.

Sneijders combines theory and practical exercises to help you identify which “brain” is leading your thinking, and how to apply this insight to support yourself and others. Participants also get the chance to complete a 3 Brains preference assessment ahead of the session for deeper reflection.
