AI for Strategic Leadership – 2 lørdagers bootcamp/workshop
Fra å henge etter til å lede an med AI – på to lørdager! Et samarbeid mellom Econa Karrierenettverket, Econa Digitalnettverket og PWN Norway sitt SheSTEAMS-program. Denne intensive bootcampen gir deg verktøyene, metodene og innsikten du trenger for å bruke kunstig intelligens strategisk i arbeidshverdagen – og til å skape reell verdi i egen organisasjon. Gjennom praktiske øvelser, reelle caser og en avsluttende mini-hackathon lærer du å forstå hva AI faktisk kan (og ikke kan) gjøre i en forretningskontekst, mestre sentrale AI-verktøy, og utvikle løsninger på faktiske utfordringer i tverrfaglige team. Med støtte fra erfarne fasilitatorer og gjesteforelesere får du både nye ferdigheter, konkrete resultater og et sertifikat på gjennomført program.

Claudia A. M. Bøen, PhD – Leadership, Strategy and Applied AI
Claudia is a Commercialization Executive at person-AIz, where she helps translate cutting-edge auditory neuroscience into practical solutions. She holds a PhD in biological chemistry and has spent much of her career working at the intersection of science, innovation, and leadership. With broad experience leading cross-functional teams and driving digital product development, she supports professionals in understanding what AI can and cannot do — and how to integrate it into strategy, decision-making, and daily workflows. Snjezana Slabek
Snjezana Slabek – Design Thinking and Learning Strategy
Snjezana is Senior Director of Global Learning Experiences at Cognite, a global leader in industrial AI, and VP of SheSTEAMs at PWN Norway. With a background in computer science and over 20 years of global experience, she has designed and led digital learning initiatives, innovation programs, and hackathons across industries and countries. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Movers & Shakers in learning, she brings her passion for human-centered design, gamification, and STEM empowerment into every project—making learning not only impactful but also inspiring and fun. Monika Sazdova
Monika Sazdova – Software Engineering and Practical AI
Monika is a Software Engineer II at Cognite and co-founder of GLOW Code. A software engineer who traded bites for bytes, she originally trained as a dentist before moving into tech and brings a systematic approach to problem solving. Monika focuses on making concepts like LLMs, prompting, agents, and retrieval augmented generation practical and understandable, showing participants how to choose tools wisely and build reliable AI assisted workflows. Synne Kristine Dalen
Synne Kristine Dalen – AI, Communication, and Visuals
Synne is a creative director working at the intersection of AI and communication. She began her career in arts management before transitioning into brand management and media. Her artistic practice spans digital art and video, with several works incorporating AI, and has been exhibited internationally and featured in several magazines. With over twelve years of experience in Product Management across e-commerce, AI solutions, and digital transformation, she is passionate about creating seamless user experiences and compelling product stories that deliver measurable impact across industries. In this bootcamp, Andreea helps participants understand how to compare large language models (LLMs) and select the right tools for different real-world challenges.

Laura Curcio
Laura Curcio – Hackathon Facilitation and Business Innovation
Laura is an HR professional with a background in economics and IT, holding master’s degrees in Human Resources and in International Management and Economics. She brings experience from recruitment, consulting, and entrepreneurship, having worked at Fabi AS and held roles as Controller, Business Consultant, and Founder. A mentor with both PWN Norway and Econa, Laura combines her interest in people, data, and technology to help participants bridge the gap between human-centered thinking and AI-driven innovation. You’ll explore leading AI tools and methods used in professional settings. Examples include:

· large language models (LLMs) for drafting and analysis
· lightweight agents and automated workflows to support everyday tasks
